Never do this

Do not use ashwagandha in pregnancy, in hyperthyroidism, in existing liver disease, or as an indefinite, unreviewed daily habit — and do not conflate withaferin A's laboratory antitumour activity with ashwagandha being a cancer treatment, which can cause a patient to delay effective treatment.
