WHEN TO SEEK CARE

Persistent fatigue, pallor, breathlessness on exertion, palpitations, or unusual intolerance of noise should prompt a blood count rather than nourishing remedies alone, since anaemia is common, easily detected, and has many possible causes needing different treatments.
